Future Ready Off-Grid Power Solution
For this setup near Penola, we installed a 12.32kW ground-mounted solar array, placed close to the shed that houses the main power equipment. The heart of the system is a Victron Multiplus-II Inverter (48/10000), paired with a Victron SmartSolar MPPT RS 450/200 charge controller. Together, they keep energy flowing efficiently from solar panels to storage & load and everything can be managed remotely with the Victron VRM app.
To store power, we’ve used 20.48kWh ZYC SIMPO batteries, built to expand if energy needs grow. This setup is designed to handle future demand, keeping power reliable even as needs change.
