The Future Of Australian Agriculture
MyEnergy was privileged to attend the Farming Forever National Summit, hosted by Farmers for Climate Action. The gathering brought together farmers, industry leaders, and policymakers to explore the future of Australian agriculture and the role of clean energy in regional communities.
The program featured keynote sessions, breakout discussions and the release of the Australian Agricultural Insights Study, which showed farmers see climate change as their greatest challenge while also leading the way in adopting clean energy, soil health practices and innovative farm management. Conversations throughout the summit highlighted climate-smart farming, the value of AgTech and the importance of farmer voices in shaping national energy and climate policy.

Beyond the sessions, the Gala Dinner was a standout, celebrating ten years of farmer-led climate action and strong connections across the sector. The summit gathered momentum with addresses from Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Julie Collins, Shadow Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction Dan Tehan and final day surprise guest presentation from Minister for Energy, Chris Bowen.
Supporting Growth in Australian Agriculture
For MyEnergy, attending this event was an opportunity to connect with our customers and the greater farming community and reaffirm our commitment to delivering reliable off-grid and renewable power systems that support resilience and growth across regional Australia. It is reassuring to see the future of Australia in such capable and forward-thinking hands.
Congratulations to Natalie Collard and the Farmers for Climate Action team on what was an outstandingly convened summit.
